Start Planning Your Wedding
Planning your wedding at Eagle Mountain Ranch is designed to be simple and enjoyable. Most couples come out at least two more times after booking to plan their event. Feel free to come take bridals or engagements at the ranch when we don't have another event going on.

Take advantage of the two day rate, setting up the day before and hosting rehearsals to take the pressure off the wedding day.

Couples and their parties prepare in private suites, surrounded by natural light and rustic elegance. Finishing touches of decor.
Ceremony usually 3 pm
An intimate and spacious ceremony area giving guests plenty to do after the ceremony during bridal pictures.

An expansive reception area offering both indoor and outdoor options for dining and dancing.

Do we have to book our overnight stays in advance?
While we do advise booking your night stays in advance, this is not required. All accommodations will be cleaned and ready for guests whether they are booked or not. This leaves couples the freedom to allow their guests to book their own rooms last minute without bothering the bride and groom on their special day.

Can we take photos in the fields and meadows?
Absolutely! We only ask that guests do not wander into the fields and meadows due to our livestock.
Do we need to insure our event?
Yes, Eagle Mountain Ranch requires a $500 refundable security deposit as well as event insurance.
Is alcohol permitted?
Yes! Unlike other venues, we do not require an alcohol deposit. Instead, we require you to have a licensed and insured bartender responsible for the distribution throughout the event.
Is there on-site parking?
There is a large gravel lot near the cabin for guest parking. Vendors may park on the north side of the main home in order to bring or deliver their rentals/catering.
Does Eagle Mountain Ranch have decor that we can rent?
Yes. We have decor options available, but you are not required to rent through us if you'd like to use another vendor.
Does Eagle Mountain Ranch allow pets on the property?
No, we do not. With our livestock, rivers, and ponds on the property, we would hate for someone's pet to be hurt.
How do I book with Eagle Mountain Ranch?
Booking with us is simple. We’ll email your contract with the date, price, and venue guidelines. A $500 refundable security deposit and the first 50% are due one week after signing (payment plans available for this portion). The remaining 50% is due one week before your event. We accept cash, check, or card (4% processing fee for card payments).
When will I get my security deposit back?
All security deposits are mailed by check within 7-10 business days of the event minus any amounts held for damage.
Does Eagle Mountain Ranch allow smoking?
Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property.
